General FAQs
Reservations are recommended (especially Thursday–Sunday) but not required. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
We’re primarily a 21+ establishment. Guests under 21 are welcome to play with an adult present at all times. No one under 21 after 8 PM on Friday–Saturday.
Yes! We have grab-and-go meals from Coalition Kitchen, popcorn, bar snacks, beer, wine, bubbly, and non-alcoholic drinks. Outside food is welcome, but all beverages must be purchased on-site.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to grab a drink, relax, and enjoy the lounge area at anytime.
We do not have food onsite, so you’re welcome to bring outside food. All drinks must be purchased through the bar.
We use Full Swing Sport Widescreen simulators — the same technology trusted by top golfers.
Yes! You’ll use real clubs and real (clean, unmarked) golf balls.
Wear comfortable, clean shoes. No spiked shoes or high heels inside simulators.
Simulator Bookings
Three total simulators.
Each bay includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests are $12/hr each (8 max per bay). Groups of 9+ require multiple bays.
Yes. Anyone in your group counts toward the total occupancy per bay.
Reserve online or call us at 984-235-1722. You can book up to 3 weeks in advance.
A credit card is required to hold your spot, but you won’t be charged until arrival.
Cancellations under 12 hours notice will be charged 50%. No-shows are charged in full.
No problem! Our simulators are perfect for beginners — easy to learn and fun to play.
We offer a variety of arcade and multisport games (football, hockey, soccer, Golf Showdown and more) plus Laser Shot on simulator 2.
Group & Private Events
Complete our Group & Private Event Inquiry Form and we’ll contact you within 24 hours.
Minimum 35 guests to reserve the full space. Events of 50 or more are required to book a private event. We have space for up to 100-125 guests.
Yes — at least 2 hours.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure private events. The final payment is due 7 days prior to the event. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to the event.
Yes! Cakes and decorations are welcome. Just no confetti, glitter, or open flames.
Outside food or catering is allowed. All drinks must be purchased through the bar.
We allow teen parties (age 16+), supervised by an adult 21+. Younger kids’ parties are not offered at this time.
You’ll be charged for your confirmed guest count or actual attendance—whichever is higher. Additional guests not included in the event quote are $12/hr per person.
No, beverages are purchased separately. We do not have a beverage minimum, and tabs can be handled in various ways.
No, we do not include gratuity, taxes or fees in the estimated cost of your event.
You’ll have direct contact with our event coordinator to help with any updates.
Cancellations under 12 hours are charged 50% of the total. Private party deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event, but we’ll do our best to reschedule.
Brookfields Indoor Etiquette
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and complete user
- Clean clubs, shoes, and balls before
- No spiked or high-heeled shoes in simulator
- Keep food and drinks outside simulator
- Avoid touching simulator
- Use only proper equipment for each
- Be courteous — tidy your area before your time
- Ask staff if you’d like to extend your session (based on availability).
